Each flip reduces your Discipline(mana) I mapped it to A button. Surge rune will electrify your arrows and lets you back flip more often. Parting gift rune drops a poison bomb when you back flip which is very useful. Evasive fire lets you fire 3 arrows at a time and back flip when enemy is very near trying to meele you. From Primary skill set - Evasive Fire with parting gift/surge as ruin. This was my set up as from the set shown in skill list. Hard will give a threat when it comes to elite monsters and bosses but with right skills this is easily manageable. Normal will be breeze with very little to no threat at all. Any ranged character is your safe bet but Demon hunter is the best. This is so much easier with Demon Hunter. Hopefully this helps you reach 70 on your first try! This will safely return you back to town. edit via Senyth: When playing solo, you can pause the game and quit to get yourself out of a dangerous situation.

Feel free to let me know and I will update the guide. It is probably possible for higher level friends to boost you by completing quests while you sit in town, but I have no experience in hardcore coop so I am not sure. I didn't want to risk a laggy connection leading to death. I never played in a party (always solo) and still did just fine. I used the above guide on my way to level 60 and found it helpful. Grab pools of reflection (yellow wells) for bonus experience. Events give good experience bonuses and can give good loot. Heal keeps you alive and the stun is good for crowd control. With the enchanter, you can reroll stats on gear for more vitality, life on hit, or other useful stats. If you haven't upgraded a piece from drops in ~10 levels, I would recommend crafting something. I had 2-3 equipped at all times to support survivability. Use elective mode and use your defensive skills. Don't leave attack/armor low, but when making gear decisions (such as gemming), vitality is your best friend. Rushing or allowing enemies to swarm you isn't worth saving a bit of time.

Knowing how to live in difficult situations is important! -Take it slow. Play the class you are most comfortable with. Harder modes give more experience and rewards, but it is not worth the risk. It can get boring, but isn't that difficult to do quickly (and safely). After completing story mode, I would recommend completing this bounty over and over again. Above level 60, it gives over 2 million experience per completion and takes less than 10 minutes (repeatable by backing out to menu and selecting mode again). In particular, "Clear the Hell Rift" in Act IV seems to be by far the most efficient way to level. The most efficient bounties for experience are the clear _ bounties (usually max 1 per act). Each bounty gives gold and experience on completion. Adventure mode offers 5 bounties per zone. Be careful if you join someones game, apprentice mode is not available in hardcore so your stats will not scale. You do not need to complete story mode to reach level 70, though I would recommend it for adventure mode (and also to get kill boss achievements from hardcore mode). In hardcore mode, you only have one life.
This achievement will unlock once you reach level 70 in hardcore mode.
